Another reason to join our team...
As a Group, we have recently introduced the Everbright Academy in collaboration with local colleges in Cumbria and North Wales. We are pleased to share that a higher-than-expected number of staff members have enrolled in various professional training programs and apprenticeships, both conducted internally and externally. This initiative aligns with our intention to further enhance our professionalism
and maintain consistent standards across the Group. Furthermore, as part of our ongoing project in 2024, we will be launching a series of videos showcasing 21 different quality standards in five different departments of our hotels. These videos will serve as a valuable resource to supplement our efforts in raising professionalism and ensuring consistency in standards delivery across all our properties.

To ensure uniformity, we will also introduce videos and one-on-one training sessions on specific
Standards of Operating Procedures (SoP's). This will enable us to train and implement the SoP's consistently across all our properties, regardless of the current stage of implementation at each hotel.
